Founded by entrepreneur and musician Leigh Solomon Pugliano, the program is dedicated to empowering Black women in music through tailored artist development, entrepreneurial training, and collaborative opportunities. Proceeds from this event benefit the ongoing work of the SCALE Fellowship, helping artists connect, grow, and thrive in their craft.
